Hey Friends, sorry I've been quiet for a few days. During the weekends Michael and I tend to go out and do things with the kids and I'm bad about remembering to blog. Also, I haven't been feeling extremely motivated to motivate all of you. For a week now I've been hovering at 136.2-136.4 lbs. On one hand, it's good that I'm staying consistent, not gaining, and maintaining my weight. On the other hand, it's frustrating because I'm doing what I think I need to do to continue to lose weight. However, like I mentioned before, muscle weighs more than fat, so this could be part of the plateau I'm experiencing. I've been active in one way or another almost every day. But getting back on the blog to check in will keep me accountable every day. I've been struggling in the water department lately. I don't like drinking water or peeing all day, so I've been skipping the water or not getting as much as I should. Sounds like, once again, I need to practice what I preach and drink lots of water to get over this plateau. My DietBet has one more week and I still need to go down 0.3 lbs. I got down below the required number a week ago, but I think it must have been a fluke, because I went up the next day and haven't seen that number again. *sigh* Yeah, so I'm just not feeling terribly motivated or motivating. Sorry. But, this is real life. As much as I'm excited to be healthy, it doesn't mean I don't have rough days too. A couple days ago all I wanted to eat was junk food. Fortunately, we don't really have any in the house, thanks Past Jen for trying to keep me on task. So yeah, that's where I am. If you've got something to motivate me or give me energy to clean my house, I'd love to hear about it. :\ (But not if it's a supplement that's going to cost an arm and a leg, sorry Xyngular people, I believe we're all capable without such supplements.)
