Ok, this isn't really a recipe, but I had all the things I needed to make a delicious sandwich, and it totally hit the spot today! I even spoiled myself with avocado! :D Here's what my amazing lunch consisted of...
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 slice swiss cheese
2 slices deli turkey
1/8 avocado (it's what was left over in the fridge)
1/2 Roma tomato
1 slice red onion
Small handful spinach
Olive oil mayo
Yum! And then, to top it all off, I toasted it! I dry toasted it because I didn't want to add more calories by buttering the bread. It turned out just fine! You just have to be super careful and watchful when dry toasting your sandwich. I think the onions are my favorite additional to this sandwich! Yum!
