Good evening, Friends. Here's how today went...
Weight: 137.6 (up 0.6 from yesterday, which is a bummer, because I was good yesterday) :/ Oh well, the scale fluctuates. I just have to persevere no matter what it says!
Water: 5.5 glasses (90 oz) Another great water day!
Healthy breakfast: Same Veggie Egg Casserole that I had yesterday (almost gone)
Lunch: Zucchini Pork Chop Skillet Leftovers (so yummy!)
Dinner: Grilled Chicken and Twice Baked Veggie Potatoes
Activity: 30 minute step aerobics while watching TV during nap time (definitely beats the laying in bed and possibly eating chips that I would have done otherwise)
Now that all looks well and good, and I'm happy with the healthy choices I made today. However, I also had a glass of wine, part of Connor's smores, and a couple roasted marshmellows. Nothing that I think will break the bank, but I have to be careful when I choose unhealthy choices, they tend to multiply on each other. Fortunately, tonight, I think I handled myself well.
I smell glorious from the fire, but don't really want that smell in my bed, so it's off to the shower I go...
