I tried to completely pull one of the onions out, but it was rooted good and didn't want to let go, so I just took the tops and hope they'll continue to produce all season!
The egg whites look all cloudy because I whipped them up really good! Then I folded in the green onion and parmesan! 😋
Michael and I thought they were great and give this recipe 4 out of 4 stars!
