Good morning, Friends and family! Wishing you all a very happy thanksgiving! Sorry I haven't posted in a while, we've been busy. One of the nice things about Facebook was that I could post a quick status and or picture and not elaborate much. Then people would comment and I would respond to the specific questions or comments. But on the blog I feel like I need to write more than I sentence or two. Maybe I'll start posting shorter things so I can post more often. We'll see. Anyway, hope you have a great day with your friends and family! I hope everyone stays away from politics and shows a little extra love and kindness today. I have so much to be thankful for. At the top of my list is my family; my patient, caring husband who does so much for us, my adorable and sometimes frustrating children who sometimes teach me more about myself than I teach them, my awesome sister who just gets me, who I can truly be myself around with no judgement, my parents who love unconditionally, even though I'm a Democrat, and who help in big and amazing ways when we find ourselves down on our luck, for a warm home to live in, for 2 working, dependable cars, for a great church, for new and old friends, for the Internet and all the technology I enjoy, for good food today and plenty of food every day, for black Friday shopping with my mom and sister and that special time together, for my health and the health of my family, for my puppies and a fenced in back yard, for Michael's job and enough money for me to stay home, for kindness, goodness, peace, love, charity, humility, for rising above, for taking the high road, for thinking of others before yourself, these are all things I am thankful for today. :) I love you all and wish you a great day!
