Every morning Michael gets up and gets ready for work. Then he kissed me goodbye, tells me to sleep well, and heads off for the day. Some days I'm more awake in the morning and I open my eyes and talk to him. Other days I feel more like resting, so I kiss him back, but leave my eyes closed so that I can keep sleeping. I have a bad habit that once I open my eyes up for more than a few seconds, I can't get back to sleep (which is why I'm on here blogging so early every morning). Well today I caught a very sweet moment when I opened my eyes to kiss Michael and wish him a nice day. He had come over to my side of the bed where I was facing, and he was down at my tummy, whispering to it. :) I couldn't hear what he was saying, only that he was talking. It was so sweet so see. :) He loves our little girl very much, and I know he's very excited to meet her. I feel so blessed to have witnessed that moment between them where he didn't know that I saw. It was just him being real and talking to his baby. Not being told to do it, but just leaning over to whisper something to her before he left for the day. :) It was a beautiful moment. I married such an incredible man. I am so fortunate and blessed. :) Thank you, Lord, for my sweet and kind husband and for our baby that we each love so much. :) We can't wait to see the beautiful creation You have handcrafted over the last 9 months. :)
