I love one pot meals, but this was my first attempt at a one pan meal. All your veggies and meat are on the same cookie sheet baking together. This recipe was great! Unfortunately, I failed to take a picture of it. We had it Saturday with Sis and Adam when they came over to watch Fences and La La Land (Oscar nominated beat pictures, both stunk in our opinions). Everyone cleaned their plates!! Delish! You know it's good when I have two picky eaters and one sensitive stomach and everyone cleaned their plates! Plus, Michael doesn't like pork, but said he really liked this recipe! Win again!
