Fish and "Chips"

I made this recipe for Michael and I on Saturday.  I didn't have fresh fish from the farm, so I got some frozen Tilapia at the store.  It worked well enough, but fresh bass from the farm is better.  Michael wasn't crazy about this recipe.  I liked it.  He didn't like the parsnip "fries".  He expected potato fries and parsnips taste kinda weird.  Next time I try this recipe I'll make it with farm fresh fish and I'll make my DELICIOUS sweet potato fries.  :)  Not giving up on this recipe yet!  Also, the homemade Tartar Sauce was great, Michael and I both agreed on that one.  :)
