Oh my goodness! This recipe was so good! Michael and I ate an entire head of cauliflower in one sitting because of this recipe! The sauce was awesome and perfect! It was a lot of work breading the cauliflower, but worth it in the end! The recipe says to use half the head of cauliflower, but the egg and breading mixture EASILY coated an entire head of cauliflower. So yummy! If you're trying to substitute cauliflower into more recipes and enjoy Chinese food, you'll like this recipe!
